Thank you for choosing Wegener Wellness LLC services. Please review the following terms regarding our prepaid package:

Refunds: Refunds are available only if requested prior to the completion of the first session. After the first session has been conducted, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
Partially Used Packages: Once the first session has been completed, any remaining sessions within the package will not be reimbursed or refunded. -
Special Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For complex situations, such as medical emergencies or relocation, please reach out to discuss options. We may consider extending the expiration date of your package or transferring sessions to a family member or friend upon mutual agreement.

Case-by-Case Basis: All refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis Through Wegener Wellness LLC and no other involved party is able to provide the reimbursement. I prioritize open communication and aim to find the best solution that benefits all parties involved.

Late Cancellations and No-Show Sessions: Late cancellations or failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate timely communication.

Session Deduction: Wegener Wellness LLC reserves the right to deduct a session from your prepaid package if ample communication has not been made regarding late cancellations or no-shows. This ensures fairness to all clients and helps maintain our scheduling commitments.

Rescheduling Attempts: After three unsuccessful attempts to reschedule a session due to lack of response or availability, no further attempts will be made to reschedule. In such cases, the session will be considered forfeited, and no reimbursement or refund will be provided.
