No Guaranteed Results: While we strive to help you achieve your desired outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on various factors, including your dedication to the program and individual circumstances.
Mutual Expectations: Success in our program requires a collaborative effort between you (the client) and our coaching team. We expect both parties to commit fully to the program and adhere to recommended strategies.
Outcome Variability: Individual responses to nutrition coaching may vary. If either party does not meet expectations or fully engage in the program, the outcomes may differ from anticipated results.

Fertility Nutrition Disclaimer
I understand and agree to the following:
1. No Guarantee of Conception: I understand that fertility nutrition coaching provided by Wegener Wellness LLC does not guarantee conception or pregnancy. Wegener Wellness LLC will provide guidance, support, and education regarding nutrition and lifestyle factors that may enhance fertility, but there are numerous variables involved in conception that are beyond the control of the Coach.
2. Individual Results May Vary: I acknowledge that individual results may vary based on factors such as age, health status, underlying medical conditions, genetics, and lifestyle factors. Wegener Wellness LLC cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
3. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice: I understand that the information provided by Wegener Wellness LLC is not intended to replace medical advice.

5. Confidentiality: I understand that all information shared with Wegener Wellness LLC will be kept confidential, except as required by law. I consent to Wegener Wellness LLC keeping records of our coaching sessions for the purpose of providing ongoing support and tracking progress.
6. Agreement to Terms: By signing this disclaimer, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined herein. I voluntarily choose to participate in fertility nutrition coaching with full awareness of the limitations and uncertainties involved.
